August 1st, 2005 Slayton Ranch Estates Donation to Cromer Elementary Slayton Ranch Estates donates initial gift of $5,000 to Cromer Parent Teacher Organization for the purposes of purchasing and installing playground equipment. Updated: Phase II Available Summer 2005 - Phase I Sold Out December 12th, 2004 Design and approval work is now underway for Phase II of Slayton Ranch Estates with 43 additional lots. November 6th, 2003 Construction Nearing Completion Initial construction of Slayton Ranch Estates 1.5 miles of collector roads and cul de sacs is on schedule for completion in Early December of 2003. As of November 4th, final grading and ABC installation are on schedule. Construction of conduits for electricity, natural gas, cable television and telecommunication are nearly completed. Waterline main and service connections have now been completed. Testing and approval of the water system is in progress.
About Slayton Ranch Estates: September 2nd, 2003 Start of Construction Slayton Ranch Estates has selected Tiffany Construction of Phoenix, AZ to construct the initial 1.5 miles of collector roads and underground utilities improvements for the 41 lot Phase 1. Flagstaff, AZ - Construction progress of Slayton Ranch Estates is now underway following three years of careful planning, design and government approval. Neptune Drive and Slayton Ranch Road are being built in conjunction with Coconino County as part of a transportation upgrade for the entire community of Doney Park. Estimated time from start of construction to completion is set at 110 calendar days.
