Our CC&R’s are structured to help equestrians make the most of their riding endeavors.

Of the 117 home sites at Slayton Ranch Estates, 100% of our sites are deeded with Equine privileges. Some of these lots are located on the North and Eastern boundaries of the development, abutting the Coconino National Forest.

Up to three horses are permitted in either a barn or corral enclosure on the back portion of the lot.

Over three miles of equestrian and pedestrian trails allow Slayton Ranch Estates residents convenient access to and from the Coconino National Forest.
